Court Strikes Out Case Against Bayelsa State Football Association
The Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital has struck out the case filed against the Bayelsa State Football Association, BSFA after its elective congress in 2023.
The case which was presided by Hon. Justice N. Ayo-Emmanuel was struck out because the case was not properly filed by the applicants, represented by Chief Baribote Victor Rumson.
The judge also stated that the court lacks the jurisdiction to hear the matter.
The decision by the Federal High Court has laid to rest the series of litigation with FA now fully concentrated on football activities in the State.
