One Federal Capital Territory Upper Area Court wey sit for Kado, Abuja, don issue perpetual restraining order against one Hadiza Musa Baffa, say she no get right again to claim say former Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Dr. Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, SAN, na father of her child.

Di court decision come after long legal and police investigation wey expose plenty fraudulent activities and misconducts allegedly committed by Hadiza Baffa.

According to evidence wey Turaki’s lawyer, Nasir Ibrahim, present, di former minister originally act as guardian to Baffa based on request from her mother. But as time go on, Baffa reportedly begin engage in fraud, impersonation, and blackmail, wey force Turaki to cut off all ties with her.

Di lawyer list some of di serious allegations against Baffa, including:

• Forging ECOWAS ID card and J.K. Gadzama law firm ID card to scam people

• Running fake forex and Instagram rental scams – one of which Sahara Reporters publish

• Forging Baze University certificate after dey don withdrawn her from di school

• Using Turaki’s name to get international passport and pose as him daughter

Ibrahim also talk say Baffa once accuse Turaki of rape, rituals and forced abortions, but police investigation and hospital records show no evidence to support her claims. Instead, records show say she only get treatment for drug misuse and miscarriages.

“Her stories simply could not be substantiated,” Ibrahim talk for court.

Di lawyer reveal say Baffa and her biological father even admit in writing say one Saidu Mohammed Mainasara dey behind the blackmail campaign against Turaki. Still, Baffa allegedly continue to demand ₦850 million, ₦47 million to clear rent arrears, and one luxury house for Maitama or Asokoro from di former minister.

With all di evidence, di Kado Upper Area Court come issue one perpetual injunction, meaning Hadiza Baffa no fit ever again claim or suggest say Dr. Kabiru Turaki be di biological father of her child, or use him name for anything.

Legal observers say di ruling don protect Turaki’s reputation, especially as e continue him work as a senior lawyer and public figure.

As at di time of this report, Hadiza Musa Baffa never issue any public statement.
