Coal City Utd’s Chidera Edeh Aiming For NLO Top Scorer’s Award With Five Goals In Five Matches

Coal City United have posted an incredible 100% performance so far in the ongoing Natiinwide League One playoffs currently holding at the Awka City Stadium.

They have won all their five games so far to sit comfortably top of the standings with 15 points with two more round of games remaining in the fixtures.

In the process, the Coach Starplus Anister Izuikem youngsters have found the back of opponents nets 15 times even as they shipped in six goals in the process.

Aside being in cruise control of the table and the likelihood of finishing tops in the playoffs, Coal City United’s forward of inestimable quality and potential, Chidera Edeh, has singlehandedly accounted for five of the 15 goals.

“But I must say that Coal City Utd is not built around individual players.

“We play as a unit and win as a unit. Our midfielders also score, even defenders. Our objective here is to win and secure the ticket for the NNL”, Coach Izuikem enthused.
