Coach Abubakar Bala Holds Tactical Class as Team Gears Up for New Season
As preparations intensify ahead of the new football season, Coach Abubakar Bala and his technical crew held an interactive tactical class with players, aimed at reinforcing the team’s strategy, philosophy, and collective goals.
The theory-based session provided players with an opportunity to review and rehearse key tactical concepts taught since Coach Bala took over the team.
During the class, the coach reminded his players of the importance of discipline and consistency, urging them to stay committed to his football philosophy as they prepare for the new campaign.
“Don’t skip my philosophy — stay true to it,” Bala told the players. “Everything we do on the pitch must reflect understanding, teamwork, and purpose.”
The experienced tactician also quizzed the players on team tactics, build-up play, and positional awareness, to assess how well they had absorbed his methods. The players responded positively, demonstrating confidence and tactical understanding.
Other members of the technical team — John Onuh, Benjamin Kude, Emma Abah, and Benjamin Jiki — described the session as insightful and motivating. They commended Coach Bala’s leadership style and assured him of their full support.
“We believe in the process and the vision. The players must stay focused and ready to give their all,” they said collectively, adding that promotion remains the team’s ultimate target.
The interactive class, which blended theory and dialogue, underscored Coach Bala’s commitment to excellence, discipline, and tactical precision. It also reflected a strong sense of unity and readiness within the camp as the team looks forward to a successful season.
