Nigerian midfielder Chioma Olise played a starring role as Trabzonspor Women’s Football Team stormed to a commanding 4-0 victory over ALG Spor in their Turkcell Women’s Football Super League clash on Sunday.

 

Played at the Kadir Özcan Facilities, the match saw a tightly contested first half end goalless, but the script changed dramatically after the restart—sparked by Olise’s brilliance.

 

The former Edo Queens star opened the floodgates in the 52nd minute, breaking the deadlock with a composed finish that ignited Trabzonspor’s attacking rhythm and delighted the home crowd.

 

Riding on the momentum from Olise’s opener, Diana Lucas Msewa doubled the lead in the 61st minute, and just four minutes later, she struck again to make it 3-0. Azra Ardos added the final touch in the 76th minute, capping off a dominant second-half performance.

 

While Msewa bagged a brace, it was Olise’s crucial first goal that shifted the tone of the match, unlocking ALG Spor’s defence and setting the stage for an emphatic win.
