Serious wahala burst for Maiduguri as police don arrest one 20-year-old woman, wey dem call Halima Ali Maina, for allegedly stabbing one five-month pregnant woman during attack wey happen for Njentilo area of Maiduguri, Borno State capital.

 

The incident happen around 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 20, according to security analyst Zagazola Makama, wey share di matter for him X (formerly Twitter) handle on Tuesday.

 

Makama talk say the suspect, wey come from Polo area of Maiduguri, waka enter the victim house without permission, before she use knife take attack her.

 

The victim, wey dem identify as Aisha Musa, suffer plenty stab wounds for her stomach, chest, back and face. People around rush her go Umaru Shehu Ultra-Modern Hospital, where doctors dey treat her. Report say she don dey respond well to treatment.

 

Police officers wey reach the scene later arrest Halima and recover the knife wey she use for the attack.

 

One source inside the Borno State Police Command confirm say the matter don move go the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for more investigation. The case go cover charges of culpable homicide and grievous harm.

 

For now, police never talk wetin cause the fight between the two women, but investigation still dey continue.
