Team Kwara continued its impressive run at the ongoing National Para Games Abuja 2026, with Eniola Mariam Bolaji claiming gold in the SL3 women’s singles para badminton event.

 

Bolaji showcased top-class skill and determination, defeating her second opponent from Abia State to secure the championship in her category, adding another medal to Kwara’s growing tally at the Games.

 

In the men’s SL4 singles, Ayuba Yahaya earned a bronze medal after a spirited campaign. Yahaya suffered defeats to competitors from Abia and Enugu States in his second and third matches but did enough to finish on the podium.

 

Meanwhile, Olanrewaju Precious was unable to progress in her category after losing her second match to a contender from Enugu State.

 

These achievements further highlight Kwara’s strong presence at the Para Games, with athletes consistently delivering impressive performances across multiple sports.
