Nollywood actress Blessing Obasi Nze has revealed some of the rumors and hurtful comments she encountered during the early years of her marriage, saying she chose laughter and resilience over negativity.

 

According to the actress, one of the rumors she heard—shockingly on her wedding day—was that she was 43 years old and married to a 33-year-old man. Blessing said she found the claim amusing rather than upsetting, noting that she and her husband were deeply connected despite challenges they faced together.

 

“To be truthful, I was laughing about it,” she said, explaining that both she and her husband were “enough for each other,” regardless of what people said or believed.
