The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) has announced that Beyond Limits Football Academy will not participate in the 2024/2025 season due to a conflict of interest. The academy's ownership is also affiliated with Remo Stars, a current NPFL club, violating Rule B11.4 of the NPFL Framework and Rules.

As a result, the slot previously allocated to Beyond Limits has been reassigned to Heartland FC, in accordance with Rule A5.2. Heartland FC met the necessary criteria and was the only relegated club to express interest in filling the vacancy.

This decision ensures a fair and competitive environment in the NPFL, upholding the league's rules and regulations.
