The Benue South Zone C All Progressive Congress has passed a vote of confidence on the leadership of the Senator Dr George Akume, fnim, KSJi, CON, Secretary to the Government of the Federation and the Chairman of the party in the state, Comrade Austin Agada.

Speaking at a press conference held on Wednesday the Zonal Youth Leader APC, Benue South, Zone C.Comrade Christopher Ogbole, Said Agada's Led leadership has put the party on the part of peace, love, unity and progress, which has brought meaningful stability to the party in the state

According to him, Gentlemen of the press, we thank you so much for gathering here today, as we express officially our confidence in the Comrade Austin Agada, led leadership of our party the All Progressives Congress, APC, Benue State, and to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR and the leader of the APC Benue State, Senator Dr George Akume, fnim, KSJi, CON, Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

"We are equally grateful to our party men and women especially the young people who elected us to be their watch and negotiate for their welfare, our assurance to them is that the Renewed Hope administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, will bear beneficial fruits to the entire country especially the young people of Benue South, Zone C.

"In the vibrant political landscape of Benue South Zone C, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Youth leadership proudly stands behind the Benue State APC Chairman, Comrade Austin Agada, recognizing his exceptional leadership qualities that have positively impacted the lives of the youth and communities under his influence.

"Comrade Agada's commitment to youth inclusion and empowerment is unparalleled, as evident in his remarkable efforts to engage and uplift the younger generation. His personal touch with friends and widows showcases a leader who goes beyond politics, embodying empathy and compassion.

"The infrastructural development spearheaded by Comrade Agada is a testament to his dedication to community growth. The construction of three blocks of classrooms with offices in four different locations in Ogbadibo Local Government, installation of solar-powered street lights, and the building of three overhead water tanks demonstrate a leader actively addressing the needs of his constituents.

"The ongoing project of dredging nine boreholes across the nine Local Governments of Benue South, influenced by Comrade Agada, reflects his commitment to improving access to clean water a fundamental right for all."

He added that, "Comrade Agada's unwavering support for education is exemplified by his consistent provision of scholarships to students, even before assuming the role of State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC. His investment in education extends to the construction of a church building in his home community, Owukpa, commissioned by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, a gesture that transcends political boundaries.

"Despite not receiving a salary as the party Chairman, Comrade Agada has remarkably employed young people, contributing to job creation in various sectors, so far he has influenced employment of five youths at the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, five youths at the Federal Polytechnic Wannune, others at the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency, the Nigerian Army, and the Federal Fire Service, This showcases his commitment to alleviating youth unemployment and empowering the younger generation.

"The APC Youth leaders under my leadership as the zonal youth leader benue South zone c proudly extends a vote of confidence to Comrade Austin Agada, urging him to continue his commendable efforts for the betterment of the community. His transformative leadership has set a precedent, bringing about unprecedented development in the history of local politics.

The ongoing construction of the Makurdi-Otukpo-Enugu-9th Mile road further attests to the positive strides in the zone.
