The New Minister to Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike, has vowed to render those distortion the master plan of Abuja homeless soon. 

Wike who assumed office on Monday shortly after taking oath of office at the Presidential Villa, said his committed to restoring the Abuja master plan.

Wike who spoke at  his maiden press conference  said those who got land allocation but failed to develop would have the land revoked.

He also vowed to demolish buildings erected on green areas and those built without approval.

“All those who are distorting the master plan of Abuja, too bad. If you know you have built where you are not supposed to build, it will go down. 

“Be you a minister of anywhere, be you an ambassador, if you know you have developed where you are not supposed to develop, your house will go down.

“Those who have taken over the green areas to build, sorry, the green areas must come back. 

“If you hate green, you must hate yourself. If your father has done that, sorry; if your mother has done that, sorry it will go down. 
“And all these people who are doing land racketing, that period of land racketing is over,” the minister said.
