The Chairman of the Bauchi State Football Association, Patrick Pascal, has expressed deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences to Elkanemi Warriors FC of Maiduguri following the demise of their Chairman, Ibrahim Mainu Mustapha.

 

In a statement released on behalf of the Bauchi State FA, Pascal described the late Mustapha’s passing as a monumental loss not only to Elkanemi Warriors but to the wider football community in Nigeria. He noted that the deceased was a committed football administrator whose leadership and dedication contributed significantly to the growth and stability of the Maiduguri-based club.

 

“This is indeed a painful and irreplaceable loss,” Pascal stated. “His passion for the development of football and his unwavering support for Elkanemi Warriors will always be remembered.”

 

The Bauchi FA Chairman extended his deepest condolences to the immediate family of the late Chairman, as well as to the management, players, and supporters of Elkanemi Warriors FC during this difficult period.

 

He prayed for the peaceful repose of Ibrahim Mainu Mustapha’s soul and urged the entire Elkanemi Warriors family to remain strong and united in the face of the great loss.

 

The Nigerian football community continues to mourn with Elkanemi Warriors FC as tributes pour in for the late football administrator.
