The stage is set for an epic battle as top volleyball clubs from across Africa converge on Abuja for the 2025 African Women's Volleyball Inter-Club Competition. The tournament, scheduled to take place from April 1 to 14, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall, Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja, promises to be a thrilling spectacle.

Zamalek and Al Ahly from Egypt, as well as Spiking Stars VC from Botswana, have already arrived in Abuja, with the latter making their debut in the competition. Despite being newcomers, Spiking Stars VC have expressed their determination to make a mark in the tournament.

The Nigeria Volleyball Federation and the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) have finalized arrangements for the competition, with other participating teams expected to arrive today (Tuesday), the opening day of the tournament.
