The AMAC Football Coaches Council is set to conduct its long-awaited elections on Saturday, 15 November 2025, at Kwalika Gardens, Area 3, Garki, Abuja.

 

Chairperson of the Electoral Committee, Coach (Barr.) Victoria Nlemigbo, confirmed that several council members have already picked up nomination forms ahead of the polls. Notable among them is the outgoing Vice Leader, Akeem Aregbe, who will be contesting for the position of Council Leader.

 

Also vying for the same position is the outgoing Treasurer, Bob Oluwole, who has likewise obtained his form. Other contestants include Ifeanyi Ubah, Michael Attah, Sabina Nwansueke, among others.

 

Coach Nlemigbo assured that her committee is fully prepared to conduct a credible, free, and fair election, emphasizing transparency throughout the process.

 

Meanwhile, the Electoral Committee issued a formal circular to remind members and accredited delegates of the election schedule. The notice reads:

 

“This is to bring to your attention that Council elections will come up this weekend. With all processes leading to this very important program duly followed, members who have met the criteria alongside Society delegates are enjoined to take note of the following information:”

• Venue: Kwalika Gardens, by Pedestrian Bridge, Area 3, Garki, Abuja

• Time: 10:00 AM prompt

 

The AMAC Football Coaches Council is expected to witness a competitive and engaging electoral process as members gear up to elect new leaders who will steer the affairs of the body for the next tenure.
