Nigerian forward Agama Ziperekefeghe had a dream start to her career in the Portuguese women’s top-flight, scoring on her debut to help FC Famalicao secure a 2-2 draw against Albergaria/Durit on Saturday at Estadio do Mergulhao.

• Karoline put Famalicao ahead in the 31st minute.

• Bailey Wesco equalized for Albergaria in the 71st minute.

• Laura Luis gave Albergaria the lead in the 75th minute.

• Agama Ziperekefeghe struck in the 78th minute to rescue a point for Famalicao.

Her compatriot, Ali Paulina, also a former Naija Ratels player, made her debut for Famalicao in the match.

FC Famalicao sit 11th in the league table with seven points from six games, currently in the relegation zone.

They will face Torreense in their next league fixture on March 2, 2025.
