The Nationwide League One (NLO) has officially announced that the 2025 NLO U-19 Youth League (Division Two) will kick off on Thursday, July 24, 2025, across 16 designated centres nationwide.
In a statement released by the league organizers, all participating clubs are reminded that registration is mandatory for participation.
“Any club without registration will not be allowed to participate, and there will be no on-site registration at the centres,” the statement emphasized.
Key Guidelines for Participation:
• Registration Fee: Each club is expected to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦300,000 to cover:
• Match officials’ indemnities
• Venue logistics
• Security
• Medical services
• Ball boys and other essentials
• Age Eligibility: Only players born on or after January 1, 2006 are eligible to compete in the U-19 league.
• Registration Platform: All player registrations must be completed via the official NLO portal. No manual or offline entries will be accepted.
Organizers warned that there will be zero tolerance for non-compliance, urging all clubs to adhere strictly to the guidelines to ensure a smooth competition.
