No fewer than 11 clubs will take part in this year's  eros Pharmaceuticals/Anambra FA Cup which draws has been billed to hold at the FA Secretariat, Udoka Housing Estaye, Awka, Exclusivenews.com.ng reports.

An official statement from the media department of the FA today indicates that two Nigeria National League teams, NNL, Solution FC and Edel FC as well as 2023 winners, Ozalla FA, are top amongst the participating teams.

Solution FC are current title holders.

Peace FC Awka,  Rangels FA Achina, BONFA Onitsha,
Black Smithers FC Awka,
St Nwadinso FC Oba, Obosi United FC, Olive Charles FA Ogidi and Game Changer FC Awka complete the list.

Neros Pharmaceuticals Limited has been the sole title sponsors of the Anambra FA Cup since 2007.

The overall winners take home the prize money of N2m with the runners-up collecting N1m just as the third place winner gets N500, 000.

Chikelue Iloenyosi, Chairman of Anambra State Football Association, said this year's edition of the competition 'will be one to be remembered and talked about for long'.

The competition will kick off on Friday, 7 February, 2025.
