It is no longer news that the outcome of the 2023 Presidential election is currently by being contested at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja.
It would be recalled that Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party are asking the tribunal to upturn the election that produced Asiwaju Tinubu as the winner in February.
Meanwhile, a lead counsel to Mr Peter Obi, Dr Livy Uzoukwu, SAN who recently helped Ademola Adeleke to secure his victory at the Supreme Court, has given hope to Obidients that the victory would be repeated.
Speaking to a reporter, Dr Livy said he is hopeful. He further given clarification that he is not the leader in the team that is seeking justice for Obi.
“As a matter of fact, you know we have a very traditional profession. The oldest lawyer in the team is the leader of the team. I’m not oldest lawyer in my team in terms of promotion. Kalu and I are supporting the leader. By the grace of God what happened in Osun State Is going to happen again.
