Group captain Abanum Magnus has reiterated Nigeria air force readiness to sponsor the team in the premier league if they secure promotion .
Abanum in an exclusive interview with exclusivenews.ng.com reacted to report that the Airfoce may not be able to shoulder the financial responsibility of playing in the premier league considering that they have to spend money on travelling, paying allowances, bonuses and sign on fees on players he said
‘It is true that seventy percent of our players are men in the force while the remaining are made up of civilian who are regularly pay their salaries and bonuses without delay’
He went further to say that ‘we know the financial commitment it takes to play in the premier league and we are not going to shy away from it ‘
‘The management is committed to this project of ensuring that will get to premier and we are leaving no stone unturned’
