The Ministry of Youth and Sport Development herewith officially disassociate itself from any factional Group of the National Youth Council of Nigeria who are so parading themselves by claiming that they were invited to a meeting at the Ministry on Tuesday, the 25thof June, 2019 at about midday.
2. The general public is invited to note that in exercise of its assigned responsibilities, the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has directed the maintenance of statuesque ante on all activities of the National Youth Council of Nigeria till the reconstitution of the Federal Executive Council.
3. Consequently, and as a necessary step to forestall any misgiving or misunderstanding, the Ministry hereby disclaims that it is connected with or responsible for any factional group of the National Youth Council of Nigeria.
4. The general public is to be guided appropriately, moreso any individual, group of individual or Organisations who deals with any factional group does so at their own risk.
