The ambassador of Nigeria to France has motivated the Nigerian supporters club ahead of the crunch clash today versus South Korea by providing a coaster bus that will convey them from Paris to Grenoble where the match will take place.
Speaking on the gesture, chairman of Nigerian supporters club Prince Vincent Okumagba said
“The ambassador has proved that he is a true Nigerian by encouraging our members with the provision of a bus to enable us be part of today’s clash.”
“As the twelfth player of the team, we know what to do to cheer the players up and I know the girls can do it today by winning against the South Koreans.”
He concluded by saying “it is a five hour journey from Paris to Grenoble and we are going to make the journey. We are on our way as I speak to you. God willing, by the end of today’s match, the Super Falcons will smile.”
The Super Falcons who lost their last match to Norway must win today to be sure of a place in the next round of the tournament.
