Non League Action Takes Tool on Nigeria Football, As Hawks of Togo Devours Eagles of Nigeria

The non commencement of the Nigeria Premier Football League on Sunday took its tool on the Home Based Eagles in Lome, Togo when they surrendered their early minute goal to lost scandously by four goals to one

The Nigerian Premier League which was supposed to begin today has been shifted indefinitely with no specific date in sight.

The players for the CHAN tournament are basically those plying their trade in the domestic, but those in Nigerian team has been inactive since the season ended in March. Only a handful of them that played in the U.23 team.
