Desert Foxes of Algeria got mother luck to win their second African Cup of Nations in history.
An own goal through a deflection in 3 minutes of play gave Algeria the coveted throphy after the country defeated Nigeria to lift her first trophy in Algiers in 1990.

Algeria is already known for rowdy celebration both in Egypt and France. The French Government today specially released 200 police officers to ensure peace. Over 250 fans were arrested when they qualified for the finals beating Nigeria by a lone goal.
Meanwhile, the Algerian players were magnanimous enough to form a guard of honor for Senegal to go collect their Silver medal.
