The FCT Director of Sports Istafianus Luka has reasoned that the Fosla Academy project is now a Nigerian Project.
The Director who spoke at the presentation of the white paper report on restructuring of Fosla group to stakeholders in Abuja, said that the impact of Fosla Academy within its short time of existence, has surpassed been restricted to a particular area. He promised to use his office to propagate the Fosla concept to all Nigerians.
Earlier, the Proprietor of Fosla Academy, Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi, who was a former President of the Nigeria Football Federation, said having existed for over a decade, that the Fosla Academy needs restructuring to enable it move to the next phase which will include the expansion of existing structures to include a University. He formally presented a 12 point implementation plan for the actualization of the plans.
