Carl Academy Splash Football Scholarship on Five Players

The Founder of Carl Academy and Football College Umuahia Pastor Emeka Inyama has awarded scholarship to five primary school students from Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia state.

The lucky pupils were drawn from an initial 34 who excelled during a recent football competition organised by the management of the school for primary school pupils in the Local Government Area.

According to the founder of the Academy, Pastor Emeka Inyama, the selected pupils are to enjoy full scholarship, covering tuition and boarding fees in the academy beginning from the next academic session which commences this September.

Speaking to the elated pupils who will begin from junior secondary school Pastor Inyama urged them to to use the opportunity provided by the scholarship gesture by the school management to live their dreams of becoming future soccer stars and role models to the youths as well as bettering the lot of their respective families.

Apart from the five beneficiaries, Pastor Inyama promised that the academy will do every thing to grant reasonable discount on school fees to other interested participants who may wish to enrol in the school to pursue their dreams, adding that it was his own way of helping to reduce financial burden on their parents.

Carl Academy and Football College Umuahia was founded by the chairman of Abia Warriors Football Club, Pastor Emeka Inyama as a way of giving back to the society and to sports by discovering and nurturing future soccer stars and imparting quality education to them.
