The Fédération Internationale de Football Association ,FIFA is waiting on Confederation of African Football,CAF to provide the name of the fourth country that will be representing Africa at the biennial football tournament that will be hosted by Brazil
Angola, Cameroon,Guinea and Nigeria secured the four African slots for the tournament
However, following a protest by Senegal concerning Guinea fielding two ineligible players at the tournament, the African football body met and took a decision which nullified Guinea participation at the world youth championship in Brazil
In a recent release by FIFA concerning the four countries from African that will be participating at the tournament only three countries were mention while the fourth country is astérisque,
CAF: Angola, Cameroon, Nigeria, 4th TEAM TBC*(*Awaiting confirmation from CAF)which means CAF has not sent the name of the fourth country to FIFA after the disciplinary committee of CAF met and took a decision throwing away guinea from the world youth championship in brazil
