Abayomi Ogunjimi, The New king of Nigeria Supporters Club

It all started like a child’s play when Abayomi Ogunjimi fondly called ‘Bonfrere Jo’ decided to step away from the shadows of Dr Rafiu Ladipo and later Vincent Okumagba.

The energetic, vivacious and vibrant young man went through the school of supporters club and passed out with flying colors

Ogunjimi started as a mascot under the President General of Nigeria football supporters club, NFSC, Dr Rafiu Ladipo before graduating to become a member of the club’s executive committee. However, when selfish interest overrides national interest, he decided to move away with the President of Nigeria Super Eagles Supporters club, NSESC, Vincent Okumagba.

Along the line, thereafter, Ogunjimi realized that the goal of making Nigeria supporters club the number one supporters club in the world may not be achieved with their vision, so once again, he stepped aside from his new shadow into broad daylight.

Initially, many people thought that Ogunjimi cannot achieve anything without the support of Dr Rafiu Ladipo and Vincent Okumagba but all that was laid to rest at the African cup of nations in Egypt.

It was as if Ogunjimi was created for that moment as everywhere he goes, fans throng after him and his stand at the stadium was a sell out with journalists not left out because everywhere he goes was a party like atmosphere. Even the great Dr .Rafiu Ladipo had to recognize that fact,no wonder football supporters across board are calling on other supporters club  to step aside and crown Ogunjimi the new king of Nigeria supporters club because he has the charisma and what it takes to unite the house and make Nigeria supporters club the best in the world.
