The Coach of the Police Machine team of Lagos Kudiratu Kilani commended the Chairperson of the NWPL Aisha Falode.

” When I hear of the new innovations and how the women’s league has played out in the past three seasons compared to yesteryears, I am bound to commend Ms Falode”
She made this known to the media recently during the Reunion Party organised by the Nigerian Police Force to honour all her ex football players at the Police college, Lagos.

“During our days we played for passion , the fun of it and followed friends. Professionalism and welfare was relegated then but now the game is a lucrative career now.
Players can not travel abroad seamlessly for professional contracts if the league is not well grounded.

Aisha Falode is a shinning example of a leader embracing transparency and making sure that the welfare of the players is paramount” She concluded.

Kilani who is an ex captain of the Police Machine team also played for Tony Anthony Cocoa Queens, Kankanfo Queens of Abeokuta and Madu Angels.
She is a graduate of the Lagos State University and holds a higher national Diploma from the national Institute of Sports (NIS) Lagos.
