Nigerian Players Abroad :Bonaventure,Awoniyi Hit Target,Sadiq Provides Assist as Troost Ekong and Onyeka Subbed-in

Watford Striker, Emmanuel Dennis Bonaventure was the Man of the Match in the Hornets 4-1 annihilation of Manchester United on Saturday in the Premier League.
Bonaventure scored a goal in the 96th minute of a pass from goalkeeper,Ben Foster and provided two assists in his club’s win.
His fellow Nigerian, William Troost Ekong came in as a substitute to strengthen his team defense and ensure three points for their side.


Still in England,Frank Onyeka was unstoppable after coming on as a substitute in the 59th minute,he also forced an own goal in the 68th minute off Jamaal Lascellesto help his side to a 3-2 leas before Newcastle equalized in the 75th minute while ensuring that Brentford go home with a share of the spoils.


Taiwo Awoniyi run in the colours of union Berlin continues with another goal in his club’s 2-0 win over Hertha Berlin.

Awoniyi scored the first goal in the 8th minute his German Bundesliga side,Union Berlin,thereby taking his goal tally to eight this season and third on the goal scorers chart behind Lewandowski who has 14 and Haaland who has 11.
Meanwhile in Spain,Umar Sadiq did not score for his side Almeria but he provided an assist in his club’s 3-1 win over Real Valladolid.
