Kwara United General Manager Bashir Badawiy is of the opinion that the ‘Harmony Warriors’ can stay longer than usual with the new management’s style of leadership and plans.

The astute football administrator, who is perhaps the youngest General Manager in the NPFL noted that he is sure Kwara United will be fine in the topflight if the right areas are strengthened.

While reacting to questions posed by journalists on one of Nigeria’s biggest Sports forum, Family United by football (FUBF), the Ira born football Merchant assured that all mercenaries are in place to ensure that the team maintains its elite status for long and become one of the best in the continent.

“Kwara United will soon become one of the best team in the land,” Bash as he is fondly called assured.

“We have been putting all mercenaries, structures on ground to make sure we sustain our premiership status longer than ever before.

“We want to become a force to reckon with and probably become one of the best in Africa, which means we need to have a very good structure on ground, get our summer transfer moves right and all these are very much feasible in the nearest future.

“We are pushing harder because we have the full support of the Governor, the fans, major stakeholders and an experienced and dedicated Chairman like Kumbi Titiloye, am sure all these are going to work out.

“We have been working on our weaknesses and working on how to implement strategies and blueprints to ensure we become stable at the top,” he concluded.
